  Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. Facilities are good , food is good but not high quality. Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

  The staff were friendly & very accomodating. A special mention for Sheila who was great with kids and went around asking parents to send their kids to the club for painting & drawing activities and face painting as well. We stayed there from August 15th & 16th, 2013 and it was a great experience. We had booked the Jr. Suite which was s... τι λέει ο κόσμος » pacious for a family of 5. We were right between the pool & the kids play area. The room was well kept and exceeded our expectations. A lovely res - I found the hotel to be great value for money. Our check-in only took mere minutes and we were shown to our room. The room was clean and tidy. Mini fridge however is empty (i prefer it that way) but for those that prefer the fridge to be filled need to notify the hotel on booking. The beach is a walking distance and even in the heat of summer, not to bad for a walk. There are however carts that can drop you off from reception to the beach. We tried breakfast at both restaurants and consider it
