Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. The staff was truly remarkable!!!! On bus line...but taxis are pretty
cheap in the UAE...shops,restaurants near bye. We were upgraded to a
suite which made our stay truly amazing!!! Great room! On the day of
check out, my wife was not feeling well and they were kind enough to
allow us to check out late...EXCELLENT Service experience!

There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints. I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests. I like the view from my room at 16th floor, the SPA, the swimming pool at 17th floor, the live music in the second floor bar and everything. I really loved and enjoyed staying at sands hotel. Very good, clean, comfortable hotel/room, very good location. Very helpfull staff. Opposite of the hotel there is a supermarket. Πολύ καλό, καθαρό, άνετο ξενοδοχείο / δωμάτιο, πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει ένα σούπερ μάρκετ. -

It's very conveniently located, across the road from El Dorado cinema, three bakeries (one of which opens at 5.00 am!), and a 24h supermarket.
On the same side of the hotel, there are laundromats, small cafes (one I would recommend is Captain Puff Pastry....delicious and very affordable local pizzas...loved the Kraft and honey), and some sports shops.

- Staff were very friendly and professional. This is the first time we spend a whole week in the same hotel and that's because we felt welcomed. Everyone, from the Front Desk Manager to Gym staff including porters and parking staff, all were very nice to us and smiling all the time.
- Location suits us very well as it's close from many local shops

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms of a event size. The bar Vertical on the top floor is excellent, with live music. Nice coffee lounge at reception. A car lift will take your car down to the basement car park which I thought was pretty cool.

Great hotel and very clean. There was no alcohol as this is a dry hotel. This was for me not a problem as I don't drink alcohol at all.

All good, very clean, large room, Large bath room, I looked at all the
restaurants and found them good value for the food on offer and I dined
in the Lebanese restaurant . All the staff I met were excellent this
must be down to good training and management in put, the attention to
detail in addressing the guests requirements was very good.

I was not there for long as we only stayed one night but the room wasfantastic and so comfortable. THE staff were really nice and the glassof apple juice was just what we needed - It was Ramadan during my stay nevertheless quality of service was excellent .

Prosopiko - I thought the Le Meridien Abu Dhabi was an excellent hotel - the staff were incredibly helpful and the room was amazing considering the price we paid! Would go back in an instant. - Everything is positive. No negative comments on Le Meridien Hotel. Services is superb, food is delicious, facilities are great! What else can I say?
