There was nothing "not to like" about this hotel. The location just around the corner from the Mall of the Emirates and Hop on/Hop off stop and metro was excellent and made getting around very easy. The service by all the staff was excellent, certainly se

Cannot praise this hotel enough - Great location, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Mall of Emirates was just around corner - 5 minutes walk even on hot day(38 degrees Celsius), Dubai Mall was one stop away on the open top buses - If you like shopping might be better just to get a taxi - to this Mall - we were there 4 hours and only just touched the surface.
Went to Gold Souk - Quite an experience - very friendly and not overly pushy.
Would gladly go back and stay again

The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. (3) The restaurant food is very nice and reasonably priced; service is excellent. (4) I liked having an iron

The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. The porter's were vey nice and helpful, nothing was to much bother for the staff in general including the diningroom staff. Our room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable, we were on the 13th floor eventhough we do not smoke,

Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of. The staff were helpful. We had a an issue on check out regarding our bill but this was quickly resolved by a manager and that was at 6am. Bar and restaurant grand and

That it was cheap, with very good value for money.also the system of security as I forgot my IPAD when checked out from hotel. I soon discovered that and called them to check it. they kindly called me back within 10 minutes and informed me to found it and come and pickit. when came back the security handeled it to me after signature and proper doc

I arrived very late, they kept my reservation, I checked-in in few minutes, my room was comfortable, room service was fast, I slept well, had coffee in my room next morning, and got ready for a busy day in a very good mood. The location was very convenient and I parked my rent car free.

Eixan πολυ καλη οργανωση.οι υπαληλοι πολυ ευγενικοι.η τιμη ηταν πολυπροσιτη για το μεσω εισοδημα. - all staff could not have been more helpful. even to the extent of going out of their way to assist in every respect. was always greeted with a smile. was so impressed that i cancelled a trip to singapore in order to extend my stay a further two weeks

The staff were helpful and pleasant and the rooms were large and well designed with sitting areas.
