  Right from day one the staff were exceptionally wonderful. It was my wife's birthday so i told them to organise a surprise in our room for her when we go for breakfast. After breakfast i took her to the pool so as to give them enough time. When we opened the door it was just magical, she was in tears.   Villa Rotana is an excellent hotel well worth the money. The hotel is well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices from a hot bar to fresh fruit.   We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were awarded a 3 bedroom suite for the same price. The suite was really nice and comfortable. - It was very clean, pleasant and in a great location. Everything was wonderful.
