I like the exclusivity of the place. It's reasonably priced but comes with decently good service. I'd say it's good for those who are opting to stay for a day or two. Over-all, fairly good. -

Asfar Resort in Al-Ain is a very private and has all the comforts in the apartment. The staff are very attentive to your needs. A child friendly place with a beautiful garden that you can enjoy. -

This is a very splendid hotel indeed, comfortable, elegant and stylish.
My classic double room was magnificent in every respect. The staff were
all wonderfully friendly, courteous, obliging and helpful. Guest
Relation Officer Jean Laolao deserves a special mention. If you are
going to Al Ain don't think of staying anywhere else. -

Very relaxing, friendly and comfortable - wuld have loved to have stayed longer however we will definitely return! - Upgraded to a suite! Service was excellent too. Lovely pool area.

The hotel is in a great location, downtown and close to Al Ain Oasis and museums. Free underground parking with easy access to the hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were overwhelmed by how spacious it was. Each bedroom had a bathroom, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with the basics. -

The rooms were in very good condition and it had a kitchen. They looked like they had been refurbished. Walking distance to Al Ain Mall. -
The location is accessible to everything--bus station, restaurants, mall, main road.
Simple room yet quiet, comfy & clean.

sports facilities were pretty good (especially the small golf course), staff was helpful, wide range of restaurants - Only miss reta the duty manager she was profitional but the receptionwas sooooo pooor bad and they are the wors hotel I stay in .

Overview:
We liked the Greenery, the nature, the villa style, the comfortable beds, great reception (especially Mr. Waseem/Naseem), fast wifi, how the hotel was close to jabal hafeet and other tourist attractions. We were also upgraded to a villa, which was very nice. There is great security outside the villas where you would feel secure.

• Wifi: The Wifi connection was very strong throughout the -
Staff are good they respond for all my request as soon as I request.
Like one of the staff on duty during my stay I just called once and ask
to check out what is going on for one situations that happened. He
called me back within five minutes and inform about some mis
communication. I like how they sincerely apologise about what happen and
I do appriciate it.also the front office manager I appreciate how she
respond about the situation.
