- The rooms were very spacious and comfortable

As well as the water sports in the sea. The food by the pool was tasty. Location was very good of the hotel and easy to find.

Very professional, polite and helpful staff where nothing was too much for them. Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent services. Very kind hotel stuff!! Had a great time - Very nice polite helpful friendly staff, could not be better!Very clean ,Great location in the center of city as near all the shops food etc.Clean 5 star service .Very nice swimming pool on top of hotel. Not big, but very private not crowded.

Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They responded to our requests promptly. This hotel is jus opposite to diplomatic area in Abu Dhabi, and as I have to finish some work in that area this was an ideal location for me. Mind it that it is away from the city center, however Abu Dhabi is not a big and crowded city and a taxi ride would take you in 10 min.

The Service provided was exceptional and was done with a smile, hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with, in particular the cleaning staff of the hotel. Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby. We ate in the buffet restaurant and ordered room service while we were there, there was a good selection and something to keep everybody happy, which is not always the case w

The Coopers bar/restaurant was great. Service was fast and attentive just at the correct amount. Location for where I was visiting each day was perfect, but nothing else around.

Thia is a really WOW Hotel , Fantastic facilities, heated pool . High professional Staff especially Mr Rami from reception who suggested an upgrade to business suite for additional 100 Dhs which we did and enjoyed more the magnificent stay ,, Food is excellent but it cost a lot unless u reserve it in advance with letsbookhotel.com on half board b

- Staff were very friendly and professional. This is the first time we spend a whole week in the same hotel and that's because we felt welcomed. Everyone, from the Front Desk Manager to Gym staff including porters and parking staff, all were very nice to us and smiling all the time.

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms of a event size. The bar Vertical on the top floor is excellent, with live music. Nice coffee lounge at reception. A car lift will take your car down to the basement car park which I thought was pretty cool.

I was not there for long as we only stayed one night but the room wasfantastic and so comfortable. THE staff were really nice and the glassof apple juice was just what we needed - It was Ramadan during my stay nevertheless quality of service was excellent .
