Apartment:
- very clean;
- well equipped;
- ideally located;
Though we previously read poor comments on the staircase state, I would say it's not that bad, though have not been repaired for ages. But lit, mainly clean and without odor.
The hostess Alla was very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this apartment for a group who seeks simplicity and unobtrusiveness in design, cleanliness and being in the heart of Odessa. Very nice place indeed. όλα τα σχόλια »
-Location is very very centre.
-Rooms are fine, with high ceiling.
-It is on the fourth floor of the building . Building's entrance could look bad in the first day but then you get used to it and like.
-Water pressure for shower is fine.

Central location implies pretty much noise from the street in case you prefer to open the windows/balcony. Though it wasn't a big deal for a group of young ladies having hen-party.
The sofa in the apartment is a bit old, thus you need some expertize to expand it.
-When you arrive, you need to find someone to open you the building's door.
There is no markings on the entrance to know if you are in the right place. Also the stairs look a bit dodgy, but do not let that put you off. The apartments are nice.
Staircase needs deep repair. There no guarded parking around.
Air condition doesn't work, ugly entrance, nervous stuff, not Lux
vip at all. Usual room without anything special, not lux, not vip.
