Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. -
The hotel was very clean and everything was first class. I can definitely recommend the rooftop terrace for a romantic dinner.

This the 3rd time I have stayed in Lviv, 1st time here, its the best so
far for comfort, the rooms are excellent, the gym is a real gym, I did
not try the pool or sauna which were all included in the price of a
suite(100 eur) Its very clean, the food was good the manager will know

A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city.

Everything was excellent here. Clean, with independent heater, good wifi internet connection and cozy bedroom. The owner is a pleasant person to talk with, and kind. When I arrived in the Lviv airport, he came to catch me.

Surprised a bit, because I'm a backpacker and got used to more economy-style hotels. And here the price was absolutely not high, but the interior and the service surpassed my expectations. there was even a special guy, sort of meeter-greeter to accompany me to my room (cool ;). The room was very neat and clean of course. On the whole location is perfect, about 20 min walk from the railway station, all attractions are also very close (well, Lviv is small)
