Very nice and very professional hotel staff. Significant variety of served food enables to keep desired diet or even the contrary - eat too much :) Very private, comfortable and clean hotel. Hotel has the best views of Lviv, right next to Ivan Franko Park, request a room on one of the Upper Floors to ensure you get the best view. The Premier Rooms are very modern and the bed was comfortable, reception staff are friendly and hotel has an excellent bar on the 2nd floor which operates 24 hours and the Panorama Bar of course, in the lobby

We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Terrific value for money. Staff was
very helpful with directions and map info. Best thing is the
bar/restaurant in the hotel, open 24 hours! We arrived around 11 pm

A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. They are polite, kind and smiley person. The flat has a perfect location. Just 1 minute to Rafinad People club and also McDonalds and other nice cafes.
I strongly advice it to you.
Some people said that it is a little expensive. Yes a little expensive. But this flat is economic for crowded people such as we (6 person). If i will come to Lviv again

I liked the hotel staff and restaurant, the room was very comfy and all facilities were new. Ginger tea is awesome!
A few times I asked receptionist for a taxi and it arrived in 10 min, it was great.

The hostel was nicely located in the centre of the city, walking
distance from all sights, restaurant, markets, bars, etc. We had the
only double room with 2 beds which was really clean and large enough for
2 adults. The bathroom was clean and convenient with a washing machine.
Also, all amenities were provided such as a kitcheen, living room,etc.

if I want more confort and intimacy. -
the private room is very big and comfortable for a hostel, it has also big and nice toilet&shower. staff is very nice people and very helpful. you can take advices from them about bars and restaurants. if i come this lovely city again, i would choose this hostel to city.
