  The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning on th... τι λέει ο κόσμος » e overnight train and weren't supposed to check in for about 4-5 hours but the desk clerk allowed us to check in about 8 in the morning. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.

  This place is one of the most cosiest you can find, especially at such fair rates. The rooms are large and they have all features an accomodation needs to make you feel comfortable and home.   Hotel is situated in a residential district away from the city centre and anything of interest to see, however it suited my purpose. Staff are helpful, friendly and flexible, accommodation is modern and clean and attached Armenian restaurant is excellent. A great value proposition if you happen to be in Kharkiv.
