  The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly.   This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city.   This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler. The room had everything I needed and it was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The washroom and showers were spotless and kitchen had everything I needed, though I didn't use it. Staff was friendly and accommodating, since I have poor Russian skills.
