Customer service was amazing. Every member of staff was friendly, happy and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. In particular the man on reception who booked us in, checked we had a roll out bed and booked us a taxi all in one go and the very cheerful chef! Everyone said hello and smiled. Husband witnessed the hotel manager talking to another resident about an issue and she dealt with it very confidently and professionally. Well done

The Alexander is conveniently located for a nights stay as I was bringing my daughters belongings back from her university lodgings. The facilities are very good & I would highly recommend the Alexander. The breakfast is excellent & caters for every taste. The Alexander is the best place I have stayed in Swansea.

We stayed in the townhouse which was lovely - very confortable bed / excellent shower with toiletries and robes incl. Breakfast menu varied and eggs benedict was divine. The room was very nice even though we didnt stay there for long as we were out all day, I would like to use it again but stay a little longer next time to enjoy the vacilities. - The staff are very helpfull and the hotel is one of the best i have stayed in. I was attracted by the reasonableprice of the stay and the situation of the hotel was an added bonus - afive minute walk from the beach and well situated for local amenities,pubs and restaurants. Have stayed here several times as in our opinion it's the best guest house in Swansea. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms with extra thoughtful touches. The owners are friendly and helpful but unobtrusive - it's like visiting friends! Good location for exploring the area, within walking distance of the marina and town. -

Great location for shopping, the marina and beach. Car parking space and bike parking. Modern apartment with lots of storage and a fab kitchen. -
