  The staff were very courteous and helpful. We asked for extra pillows and we received them within 30 mins. The breakfast choice was very good.   We were very pleased with our stay. The tube was walking distance and Central London easily accessible. We were particularly impressed with our meal - compliments to the Chef!   A big plus for me personally was no radiators,instead large air conditioner that meant you chose your temperature not the hotel. Another big plus very quiet room very well double glazed slept till 9 even though on busy road. Also very clean and comfortable. - This was my second stay this year and was as good as last .   I stayed in a single and double room on 2 separate occasions which were both fantastic. I appreciated the extra touches in the rooms (generous coffee, tea, biscuits, good LAN connection). Beautiful bathrooms, tasty and generous breakfast. Best thing of all - the price was reasonable. Although there weren't a lot of parking spaces we found a space immediately so didn't have to worry about driving off to find one. Good soundproofing as it was on the flightpath of arrivals. Very comfortable. We needed a comfortable hotel near to Heathrow to spend our last night with our youngest Daughter who was travelling to the USA to go to university this Hotel ticked all the boxes.

  The hotel is set at the side of the Grand Union Canal and we had a lovely walk along there seeing lots of wildlife. The evening meal we had was delicious and good value for money. Our room had an en-suite (we had a loft room, room 8) and was very clean. Tea & coffee facilities were provided but they forgot the cups. Our breakfast was lovely. A 20 min walk from Southall train station, through a very ethnic diverse high street, but the hotel itself is in a lovely - It was clean and comfortable, really a set of rooms above a pub. The landlord cooks the meals and they are quite good British fare. Someone said there was no breakfast; well this is not true, I had one most days I was there. If you want a homely comfortable environment where you can relax versus a sharp hotel, this is a very good place to go.
