  Everything! the website and photos really don't do this place justice, its a whole lot better than you might think from previous reviews. From the candle lit entrance lobby on arrival to the friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble staff. At diner I was offered the best table, near the window overlooking the bay. The food was very good. I especially liked the wild foraged salad and the sea buckthorn curd pudding. Chefs were bringing food to table and talking with passion and knowledge about their food. Very friendly staff. They gave the impression that they liked their job, their clients and each other.   The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel itself had great facilities and the food was gorgeous. They were able to accomodate our two year old with ease. - The staff were mostly excellent with the service they provided. I felt that we were valued throughout the whole of our stay.
