The room was comfortable. The hotel was central for shops, restaurants and theatres which was the reason for our visit. The rooms were clean modern and had everything you require for your stay, we could have stayed longer, excellent id recommend it to anyone,the good 15 min walk into the centre was refreshing on a morning and we did see some fine old buildings, if its a little far on a night the hotel reception makes up for this by organising a taxi, very helpful, t

Irrespective of the very moderate rates yjis is one of yje highest quality hotels I have ever stayed in. Decor. furnishings, carpets, linen, room facilities and breakfast were exceptionally good.
The owner informed me upon arrival of everything I needed to know about the hotel and entry exit etc.and nothing was too much bother for her.

Lovely rooms, feel homely yet luxury and very country - much nicer than bog standard layout of your typical Travellodge. And they still lay out tea/coffee and biscuits in the room!
Full English included in the price, not just the continental nonsense like many B&Bs offer!
Comfy bed with lovely clean, crisp white sheets.
Lovely and warm rooms.
We would definitely book here again.

The hotel was fine, clean, efficient. Breakfast was good. Front desk attention was OK, but not able to deal with the problems of internet access. Wifi connection was free and very fast. although I had to use my own Ethernet cable. Rooms were big a well lit, bright and breezy. Also very quiet. The location is ideal especially if travelling North to South or vise versa. The hotel is in a lovely setting to give you that instant away from it all rural feeling and yet so very handy for the motorway and close by for nearby shopping experience of Leeds etc.. Luxurious hotel and excellent value for money food. Have already recommended it. -

Welcoming and helpful staff at check in, at the bar and serving breakfast. A very comfortable stay that gave good privacy and convenience. Excellent to have a secured gated area to park your car in. A well run family business that welcomed its customers and made one feel relaxed. -

All staff we came into contact with were very polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a very enjoyable stay despite us only being there for one night. The hotel grounds are lovely as are the rooms.We will be going back just to try out the restaurant as the little food we did get to try during our stay was wonderful - Alth

Our experience of the Old Registry was excellent. Key aspects: great location - centre of Hawarth; great breakfast; comfort and cleanliness of the room we were allocated - 'Music Room'; attentiveness of the hotel staff (when required). - It was right in the centre of Haworth and so very convenient. It was a very good breakfast.

Though art deco is not really my style, I chose it just because it was the only hotel in the city center with no serious negative guest reviews. The food in the restaurant was excellent and you could not be located closer to the train station if you tried! I would recommend the hotel for a short visit to Leeds as it is so centrally located with helpful staff and a late bar!
