The hotel was excellent, easy access to the Grangemouth site about 6 miles. the young staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. - I liked the fact the hotel had a park situated opposite. The fact that my partner and i did not make it for breakfast after a rather late night an although check out time was stated at 10am, the staff left us till 12 ish ( much appreciated ) - Nice clean rooms, look as if they have recently been re decorated.

All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. The bar/lounge area was very nicely laid out and there were board games you could play in a group.Staff were very polite,helpful & friendly. Reception staff always willing to help. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Andrew. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

Taking the advantage of a late deal this was excellent value for money, and with only a few guests staying in the hotel on the lead up to Christmas we were given a complementary up-grade...even better!
