A lovely B&B in a historic house, , located in an idyllic area - very peaceful, beautful countryside. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for a long walk in the stunning surrounding countryside. Service was second to none. friendly and very helpful hosts. Would definitely return. -

The owners were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was big, airey and bright and so was the en-Suite bathroom. Ample off road parking. friendly comfortable and clean, plenty of parking space.
The rooms were not only spotlessly clean they also looked and felt fresh, bright and new even though the building is very old and full of character.
Breakfast was excellent freshly cooked to order and served without delay

The Forest Guest House was beautiful, the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was really good and Paul and Michelle were great. Can't wait to visit again - A+++ - We loved this Guest House. Paul was a lovely host and the guest house was beautiful, clean and very spacious.

Castlelodge was the best B&B experience was ever had. We stayed there with our 2 young children who loved the freedom to play outside. The owners were so friendly and welcoming we felt like we came to visit friends, not just staying at B&B. Lovely bedroom, amazing living room with a 3D TV, pool table, very comfy bed, rooms and the whole B&B equipped in everything you would need. Highly recommended

Beautiful countryside surrounding, very friendly and welcoming owners, beautiful cosy peaceful cottage. Eggs and cakes a nice welcoming touch and the birdlife right outside the window is a treat to see. Lots of things to do locally including fishing and visiting the red-kite centre, walking opportunities and lots to do in the local spa town.Time your visit right and you may get to sample the chocolates and confectionery handcrafted by the owners and available to buy to take home with you!!
