  We had a fantastic stay at ‘The Rookery’, I cannot fault the hotel orstaff in any way. Previous comments mention the noise from a localnightclub, we had no problems with this at all and our room was locatedat the front which is where if you were going to have problems youwould. The room was double glazed I’m not sure if this was a newaddition or no... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t but noise was certainly not an issue. There - Absolutely everything, loved the hotel, staff and location.

  The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... τι λέει ο κόσμος » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!
