We have spent agreat deal of time in London and this hotel has always been the most outstanding from every standpolnt. -
They really try hard to go the extra mile and make you feel welcome.

Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected
ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and
helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very
comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger
blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging. Hig

Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel).
Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good
size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free
fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres
within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The
Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

καλη θεση διπλα στο μετρο ωραιο δωματιο - The Hotel Russell is in a great location, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. Delicious breakfast and excellent serving times - up until 12.00 noon on a Sunday - Bliss! Great building, fab public areas. Terrific bedroom, particularly the large windows (room 308), deeply comfortable bed and great room decor. Great breakfast, Bloody Mary and lunch menu. Funky feel to the hotel, but with real comfort, style and atmosphere. Friendly staff. -

Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and

Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to
