  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Also when renting a car, go f... τι λέει ο κόσμος » or something compact - roads are narrow and curvy. - everyone was helpful and friendly nothing was too much. room was upgraded on arrival and had a seaview. breakfast was outstanding, leisure facilities very good,rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

  The room was lovely with a very large, comfortable bed. The toiletries were good quality, and we had a good supply of tea making facilities and biscuits. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice for our evening meal which was delicious.The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times and were keen to ensure we had all we n... τι λέει ο κόσμος » eeded and that we were happy with everything. Which we were. - The hotel was more like a 5 star and the staff so friendly, they all made us feel so welcome.The breakfasts on the terrace were lovely. We only ate out two nights out of 9 and the hotel food was far superior. Olga was an absolute treasure, she looked after us so well, I would recommend this hotel.
