Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. The hotel's location was very central and the shopping centre was a stone's throw away. The room was of a very high standard and the stay was very pleasant. The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Its in the centre of evrywhere we wanted to go so great location. The apartments were fab - spacious, luxurious and and very modern. We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.
