We loved the wifi, the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay! We had no problems with hot water or any of the facilities. And the thai restaurant downstairs was delicious. - Pleasant and accomodating staff

I have booked for the Contractors Hotel but I actually stayed at The
Buckingham Hotel, where the check-in is. I liked almost everything. The
guy at the reception was very helpful and friendly. I've asked for a
quiet room to avoid the noise of the very busy street at the front and
he chose for me a very quiet room that faces their private car park

the night, which was nice). The room was clean, with stuff to make some

All The Staff were friendly and Helpful, The Rooms were clean and well stocked with tea/coffee and fresh towels etc. The kitchen was easily accessible (could have been a little better equipped with cutlery (Knives forks spoons cups/mugs etc) but all in all a very easy going and comfortable place to stay. The receptionist Ajit was very efficient and helpful.

There seem to be 3 parts to this hotel - all with different price points, B & B, small bedsit (annexe) and Contractors Hotel.
I stayed at the Annex - which was fabulous. Recently renovated ..... room had a kitchen sink, fridge and microwave .... fabulous !! Oh flat screen TV and fast wifi as well !!!
And all at a great price - I'll be back

the facilities in the room were exceptional the inclusion of a microwave, sink and fridge proved very useful. the room was brand new and everything was immaculately clean. Overall the best accommodation I have utilised since being in the UK and extremely good value as well.

Loved it - absolutely charming place to stay. All staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs Breakfast offered lovely choices and was beautifully cooked. Already recommended to friends. -
Well-organised; very comfortable and clean; friendly and knowledgable manager; efficient staff; A standard that others should seek to attain. Definitely one to recommend - we would stay there again.

Rooms very nice. Ours was a little on the small side but still very clean and functional. Nice decor - just as it showed on the internet. I would have liked to see one of the bigger rooms!!! Staff very nice and breakfast was good. -

Wonderfully obliging friendly staff, and compliments to the chef for a wonderful breakfast. The rooms were beautifully decorated, modern, and immaculate. Excellent disabled facilities, too. First class, will highly recommend The Lion to all our friends, with lots to see and do in the surrounding areas. - This hotel is fabulous value for money -

Have nothing bad to say about my say here. Compared to the price of other central hotels this was a half to a third of the price and right next to the shopping centre. I had read poor reviews so was hesitant at first but couldn't afford the £100+ prices other hotels charge mid week. However my stay was faultless- clean modern room , nice decor thr

It was exactly what we wanted and we enjoyed our stay very much. The
room was spacious, clean, warm and well ventilated. The television was
very good and we had easy access to subtitles. The staff were organised,

Very quiet, comfortable room with plenty of hot water. Best sleep I've had in ages. Breakfast is excellent and all the staff (who were all female) were helpful and friendly. Good basic meals available in the relaxed pub where I felt comfortable to sit alone and eat. -

The owners are extremely helpful and want to make sure that you have a good stay. They even brought in a portable heater while we were out without us asking for it. The shower is fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. This is a good location for easy access Heathrow (15 min) and a 2 min walk to Langley train station with access to London.

Description said no breakfast, but there is a possibility to have breakfast each morning.
