I booked this B&B for my young daughter to stay on her own as she recently started a job in the area and had not yet sorted permanent accomodation - the owners could not have been more welcoming and reassurung of the fact that my daughter would be very comfortable and secure with them. As she had a very early start they offered to cook her a

i arrived earlier than expected check in time and yet they gave me a very warm welcome.
they looked after me as if i was part of their family during breakfast with all the guidance and warm talk, and wiwaited for me to arrive safe at nught. I literally felt as if i am visiting family.
the place was clean and everything was on time.

A four night stay confirmed that this is a total gem and not to be
overlooked. It is decorated tastefully throughout. The dining room was
comfortable and breakfast offered a variety of tasty food to please (I
had something different each day and my taste buds were well rewarded).
I had the Small Room which lived up to its description but it offered
facilities and comfort to a very satisfactory degree. The proprietor and
staff were engaging and made my brief sojourn a pleasure.

The Town House Boutique Bed and Breakfast in Perth proved to be the best of all the accommodation that was tried during our recent tour of Scotland.
A very spacious town house with views across the park, recently refurbished and tastefully furnished by the owners, it provided the perfect environment in which to enjoy the excellent service on offer.
Our hosts were at lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and attention to detail was at the heart of their provision.

Excellent communication and customer service in the build up to and during our stay. We came to Perth just to stay in these apartments and were not dissapointed as they are gorgeous. I cannot say compliment them enough. Definitely luxurious and charming. Wish we had more than one night! -

The friendly welcome upon arrival by the owner,the very modern decor of
en-suite room and the very comfortable bed for a much needed good sleep.
Also the friendly lady who came into do the lovely and very substantial
breakfast,known as Jeannette made it a very pleasant time with her
friendly banter and lovely food,especially her piping hot homemad

Dunallan Guest House is immaculate and nothing was too much trouble for Jeanette. We took our small dog with us and we were all made very welcome. Our room was very nice with a large comfortable bed. Our breakfasts were very nicely cooked. Everything was just perfect for our short stay.

I am a frequent visitor to the area on business and have particular needs. The owners are very personable and make every effort to meet your needs and make your stay as comfortable as humanly possible. For a private, small hotel, they 'punch well above their weight' and Mountain-Bike friendly as well! -

At £65 for bandb for two this was great value. The place was spotlessly clean, the staff very helpful and the room had all the facilities we could want. The selection at breakfast was both appealing and varied. - Spotlessly clean and comfortable. En-suite and tea/coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful but entirely respectful of privacy.

Stayed for 1 night enroute to the GWCT Game Fair at Scone Palace. From the outside the B & B doesn't look very imposing but it is lovely once inside. Jackie could not have been more welcoming. Enjoyed our one night stay. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, catering to all dietary requirements. Jackie was very nice and really helpful.

We received a very friendly welcome. Our hosts Alastair and Susie were very obliging and accommodating to us, which was much appreciated - we arrived in Perth sooner that the check in time stated.

How good is this place. Greeted by Susie and Allister. A couple who could not do enough for us and made us feel like we were at home. A great, tastefully decorated room, comfortable bed and with wifi to room. More than enough food for breakfast with cereals and a cooked breakfast. The communal loungeroom a real winner with fridge, comfortable lounges, big tv, microwave and tea and coffee at hand adding to the home like experience. Close to the heart of town and easy to find. Highly recomm
