  Everything about The Kite Inn made it a home away from home and a fabulous place for our stay in Oxford. I stayed two nights and had intended going into the city for the evenings but ate and drank in the pub instead, great food and cask ales I really enjoyed it - even the locals were friendly! Two days later the ceiling caved in during the night because of the water from the air conditioner.
