Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful.
Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.
Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic.
We stayed and attended a music event nearby- it was late when we got back and staff gave us take-out menu'

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

The position is excellent and though set back and quiet, it is right next to a large Tesco and the M62 junction, at one end of a pleasant village with a lovely park and several eateries and within a few minutes walk of the Metrolink station which takes you right into the centre of Manchester. For being such a budget hotel the staff are exceptional. I got better
service from this place than other hotels that I have paid a lot of
money for. From entering the building to when we departed we spoke to
three different members of staff who provided the same level of service.
I would definitely visit again.

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were beautiful. I particularly like the dressing mirror with the hairdryer and plug for straighteners etc. In so many hotels, you have to search around for a plug for your hairdryer and then it is not near a mirror - Premier Inn obviously understand a woman's requirements. Friendly staff, the gentleman on reception was excellent, sorted us a taxi, gave us a card with number for return journey and booked us a table for Sunday lunch. Bed was so comfortable.

Almost everything: The staff was really nice, which managed to understand me through my horrid english, and were always there to help with anything.

The hotel is ideally situated just between the very city centre and the universities, it's walking distance from major Manchester sites. The room was comfortable, clean and had tea facilities. location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Good location: walking distance to the Piccadilly Station (about 15 mins, free bus runs on this route), close to the shopping district (about 10 mins). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked us a taxi when asked. We ate our evening meal at the hotel and the food was good value for money and excellent portion sizes. We also had breakfast which was great value for money. The room was basic but all we required. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean.

If your looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, this is not it. But for the tariff, this hotel is a little gem in Manchester. The staff were very helpful the continental breakfast was very good. The Ivy Mount guest house was booked at the last minute, as I normally stay in the larger well known city centre hotels. 6 of us stayed at the lodge for the Magic weekend at Etihad stadium. We all feel that the valve for money here was excellent. The staff were some of the very best and polite staff we had come across for a while. They really were helpful. The men of which they were 4 were made up with the quality of food that was served up at the buffet breakfast. Very nicely cooked well stocked all you can eat and drink breakfast included in the price. We will definitely recommend an stay here again.

We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time. The hotel was very adequate for my stay within walking distance to the railway station and the Arena having not been to Manchester for several years the hotel was very clean and suuitable for a short stay - The friendliness of the staff and the fact that we could access our rooms early after a long trip to Manchester
