Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. I arrived at the hotel and promptly met by a member of staff offering to take my bags, check-in was really quick and easy, also taking the time out to explain how use the door card in the lift etc, reception arranged for a taxi when I asked to my destination and also arranged for the taxi to be waiting for me when I had finished later on in the eve
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ning, check out was good, overall the experience... - The staff were very friendly, there was a problem with the hotels computer system when we arrived, the hotel manager apoligised for this and took us through to the bar and gave my wife and myself a free drink while we waited for the problem to be fixed, this only took approx 10 mins, he then booked us in and gave us a free update to a suite for the inconvienance.

I would thoroughly recommend staying at the Westbridge Hotel if your stay is centered around the Stratford area, or for us at the O2 Arena in Greenwich. There is a DLR station 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which makes London easily accessible! The hotel is really pretty and well decorated! This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. Peter and Bernie, as well as their family and staff made you feel at home. They allowed us to check-in early, as we were very tired from our overnight flight from the states.
