We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15-
20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar
Square.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. My friends and myself will most definitely will be going to be booking this hotel. -

very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

I had reservations as I only stay in 4/5 stars but for location I choose this hotel for Valentines day as it was walking distance to Wembley Stadium and I did not want to stay some where and I was not happy.From checking in to checking out I was very happy. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » r getting in and out of london central, just across the street from Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium. The rate of £80 for a family room was obviously a big plus (though I know that rates alter as to events held at Wembley). Lots of places to eat in surrounding area.

The staff were really helpful and polite, cheerful and gave attention to the children making them feel welcome and special.
It was clean and airy, room was a good size, air conditioning and heating excellent.
For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, some very good quality food. Good choice and tasty food for dinner, good value for money.

The hotel was clean, cozy, romantic, the staff was courteous, polite. The food was delicious short was really a good experience to stay at the hotel to rest after a busy day. Very good location, close by hyde park and the underground station. Safeplace, good people. Very clean and large rooms. You can leave yourluggage after checking out for free. - the location was excellent. and he staf were very very brilliant

We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs.
