Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc). Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.

The hotel was close to the tube and several museums and shops. The hotel staff, especially Lawrence, were very helpful about getting around, etc. - The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. They are probably the most welcoming people we met in London..

Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. The Goodenough Club is more than 'good enough' for people needing first rate accommodation in a quiet location, close to Kings Cross/St Pancras station which is only walk of 500m. Breakfast in the Great Hall of the main college opposite the mews in which the Goodenough Club is situated is more than adequate. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff very helpful.

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. Με εξυπηρετούσαν σε ότι ζητούσα, από έκδοση εισιτηρίων για αξιοθέατα προκειμένου να μην χάνω χρόνο σε ουρές μέχρι ότι μπορείτε να φανταστείτε. Επίσης είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις αφού βρίσκετε και κοντά στους σταθμούς του μετρό - Η θέση του σε σχέση με τις διακινήσεις μας και το φαγητό του.
