La chambre était vraiment grande pour un lit doubleThe room was really big for a double bed which is rare in most hotels around this price. . The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood.

Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

we had an upgrade to an appartement suite for the same price as a 2 persons hotelroom. With lots of space (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, seperate living room). Went as a group of two couples and one single person for an overnight stay prior to a day at Chelsea Flower Show.The staff were extremely helpful when I phoned with a few questions prior to booking. The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Bed was comfortable and shower-gel/soap available in bathroom.

Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They
had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view. Wonderful accommodations -

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

Almost everything...very comfortable bed....

Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.
Gripes aside..they are quibbles...it was still good value for money,and I would defnitely return there..thankyou Nayland! -

The staff were helpful and cheerful at all times, the setting elegant and peaceful. The continental and English breakfasts were well done and satisfying. The Tube is about a block away so one can get to central London in no time. Great! - perfect location, quiet, personal very helpful, spacious rooms
