Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

It was a reasonable price (for London and environs) and the room had everything in it that you could sensibly want. There was no noise from the bar downstairs, which was something I had been afraid of.

We had a fantastic stay here. It is just 7/9 mins walk from London Bridge Tube along a street with cafes, art galleries, boutiques and pubs. Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk and London Bridge tube is 4/5 stops from Kings Cross on the Northern Line. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Peter and Carolina. Breakfast was great. The room had been recently renovated and was beautifully decorated and very clean, bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. My husband and I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

The staff are incredibly friendly, while being laid back. The hotel is an old Georgian townhouse on a lovely street and within a 10 minute walk of shepherds bush empire. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. This is a wonderful haven from the busy city. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food. Bed was very comfy, got a good night's sleep. Very quiet! Free WiFi.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms.
