  I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

The dining room was lovely and clean which overlooked the lovely small hotel garden. The pianist was a brilliant touch and he played beautifully! Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

  The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided. It is very centrally situated and easy to reach by both bus and train. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR.   Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was central to what we were doing.
