To settle the booking amount, the property management will send a secure link to pay online along with damage deposit of GBP 150 which will be refunded 2 weeks after the checkout. On check-out please drop keys in the mailbox. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities. An extra bed can be provided at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night. A travel cot/high chair can be provided at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week. Parties/loud music are not allowed in the apartments. Standard check-in and check-out timing are: Check-in time: Monday to Friday - 15:00 – 20:30 Weekends - 15:00 – 17:30 Check-out time: 10:00 An out of hours check-in & check-out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking. If agreed the following charges apply: Early weekday check in- GBP 20 per hour Late weekday check in- GBP 50 for check in between 20:30 –23:00, after 23:00 it will be GBP 100 Late weekday check out- GBP 20 per hour until 13:00 and after 13:00 a one night charge is applied. Please advise the property of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to call the front desk team 1 hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should they not hear from you, they will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a GBP 30 charge during Front Desk hours and may then delay them being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
