  well,everything ! the room was really lovely,there was everything you could want,sparkling clean and very comfortable. all the staff were good but i was particularly impressed with the reception girls who were efficient,helpful,and charming ! - This was our first stay at this hotel,and it did not dissapoint us in any way.The staff were first rate,... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the food was excellent.To be honest we have not got a bad thing to say about our stay.

  Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. The fridge in our room was also an added and welcome surprise which we were able to use.   The Lilly is on the beat side of llandudno (the west) within short walk to the main town. Although a work in progess the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Chef is fantastic... if you stay you must treat yourself to an al-a-carte meal there.. excellent. Good food good ale (Mad Hatter on draught). The main restaurant was not open when we were staying (open Wed - Sun) otherwise we would have taken our dinner there - see alternative comments
