We spent 2 nights in this charming bb. Did not see enough of Llandudno
though, so I think we shall have to go back, which would please us so
much!! Perfect hosts, very clean and nice rooms, gorgeous breakfast,
close to city center but also with good pubs just outside the door. Very
good atmosphere in the breakfast room, and when we left the bb, Jeff
& wife from the table next to ours were waving goodbye from their
window + Jeanette & Paul standing in the door. We felt ever so

We loved everything about this hotel. The owners could not have been more helpful, from advice about the local area, helping us get a table at a restaurant to helping us with a car problem. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, roomy and very tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were really good. The hotel is centrally located and a very short and easy walk to many restaurants and pubs and to the pier and beach front. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!.
Breakfast was very well prepared. The rooms were clean. Most importantly, staff were very warm and friendly. Since I stayed with a new born baby and parents-in-law who do not speak English, I made quite a lot of requests. Paul and Jeanette always presented quick and swift responses. The location is ideal for looking around the pier and Great Orme.

We stayed at Orme Court Hotel for 2 nights 6th/8th September. Jeanette and Paul were excellent hosts.The room and en suite was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a good selection was on offer. Overall we found our stay to be very enjoyable and very good value for money.
Our hosts, Paul and Jeanette, were charming, informal, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of options. Our room was cosy, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is well-placed for the town, the beach, and a trip up to the "Great Orme.".

Great breakfasts, spacious room, very obliging owners, very convenient for the main shopping and dining areas. We will return to Llandudno for a holiday and will certainly hope to stay at the Orme Court when we go.
Jeanette and paul could not have been more friendly or welcoming, as stated in another review lovely atmosphere in the breakfast room, cannot fault anything about this hotel, will definitely be staying again.

The location was good about 100m from the tram station and the kings head pub which served excellent food the hotel was very clean and Paul and Jeanette made us very welcome.

Wi-Fi access was intermittent and problematic. (To be fair, Paul was up-front and honest about this, and explained where the "hot-spot" was!.
only a minor point front of house looked shabby and sitting area could perhaps have a refurbish although it states free parking we had to park on the road.In fairness to phil who said we could park in his driveway due to anothother car also.parked there we would have to shuffle about if one or other left earlier.

Parking can be a bit of a problem anywhere in Llandudno especially at the weekend. Also if you have walking problems then the front steps can be a bit difficult too.
