  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

  I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning.
