Excellent staff with personable, friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Nothing snooty or subservient or obsequious either. Breakfast was fantastic. Smooth, easy process for us. We were on our honeymoon and "splashing out" as a one off but the one off will be our first choice anytime we are in London.
