very central for staying in london - ideal location. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast very good. Would not hesitate to use it again. - the hotel was very clean and it was so near to the railway station and bus station. the breakfast was also excellent

The location was excellent, right around the corner from Pimlico tube station. We were on the ground floor apartment 3 at the back of the building so no stairs to climb. It was really quiet at night which is unusual in London. Everything we needed was there expect possibly a hairdryer but I took my own anyway. We did our own breakfast so the fridg

The flat was well organised and warm during what was a very cold spell

close to public transports and restaurants, shops etc. Very close to inner city sights. Found it very quiet regarding inside the hotel itself, but you hear a lot of traffic outside. Its good to stay here if you're looking for a cheap night or two. I'd always recommend booking the en-suite, as if you don't, you'll be sharing a bathroom and toilet.

Easy to find, excellent staff, warm and safe base from which to explore London for a few days, room was clean and we were given the option to up-grade to a room with shower etc

Excellent shower, bed was comfy, clean fresh towels brought to us daily,

We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.
