  The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us.   This hotel was a breath of fresh air for London on a budget. It is absolutely brand new, we arrived at 12:30 and were given early check in and an upgrade to an executive room.
