This new hotel, easily reached by numerous buses in and out of central London and set in the heart of a minority ethnic community, provided a friendly, personal stay and offered an immaculate room, very fresh bedlinen and towels, plus complimentary soft drinks in a fridge in the room, tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits and satellite TV. I booked this room due to its relative proximity to the Oval cricket ground and would recommend Pasha hotel for anyone wishing to stay in the area for future cricket matches.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.
