  The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely.   This hotel is actually on St Paul's doorstep, quite the best location possible. The check-in was over in seconds and our room was large, and had everything ~ including the kitchen sink!... and the cost was as unbelievably small as the bed was unbelievably large! From now on there is no option in my mind.   This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance - including places for breakfast as not included (Fleet River Bakery or Paul's). Small room but very clean and modern with smart bathroom.
