The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. Very comfortable room with a decent sized TV and a relatively small window but with a nice view (from the 11th floor) across Salford Quays. Excellent bar area. Location to

We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having

We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. A perfect location across from Old Trafford with easy access by bus to the Trafford Centre. We decided to stay at this hotel as is was close to Old Trafford. The view of the Salford Quay is stunning, especially at night time. The welcome wa fantastic and the rooms and hotel in general was of very high standard. I would definetely go back and stay there again. - The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. Didnt eat in the hotel restaurant but as I passed, one customers dinner looked fantastic, I also heard another guest comment that their food was wonderful.Bar staff were v
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ery professional and friendly. - The hotel was fabulous,very clean and the location was brilliant,a few minutes walk from Old Trafford Grounds,Lowry Centre and just a taxi ride to the Trafford Centre and Arndale Centre.The staff were so welcoming and so helpful in every way,especially as we had our 7year old daughter with us and they couldn't have being more helpful and understanding.

The staff was helpful. The restaurant was good. It's in a nice location. Though it's outside of the city centre it was right across the street from a shopping center so that was very convenient. It wasn't to far a walk to one of the Free Buses bus stops. - it was situated in a lovely area, the taxis called by the reception staff had great rates
