The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very central and the ideal place for a shopping and/or leisure trip. Food and service in general was excellent, location very good and secure car park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at very reasonable room rates. Ate in bar and restaurant and both were very good. nice breakfasts as well.

Our host John was an incredible person. After leaving Derry, I realized I had left my Ipad in a car that we rented the day before. The rent-a-car was closed for the weekend so we couldn't reach anyone for help. We called John that night to ask for advice and he did not blink to propose that he would get the Ipad first thing Monday morning from the

Perfect location for access to Derry city centre, shopping centre, pubs,
restaurants and attractions. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious living
area. Cosy bed with effective heating and good bedlinen etc. a proper
home-from-home. Sofa-bed was good-sized and comfy enough for our friend
to stay (supplement paid).

The accommodation is up a steep hill so although only a mile from the city centre provided good exercise. Owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much -

They gave us two bedrooms as we were two males travelling together. only one bedroom was booked and paid for. I thought they would have twin beds. so got extra small bedroom instead.
