The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay). We had a fantastic stay here. It is just 7/9 mins walk from London Bridge Tube along a street with cafes, art galleries, boutiques and pubs. Tower Bridge is a 10 minute walk and London Bridge tube is 4/5 stops from Kings Cross on the Northern Line.
