The food in the restaurant was excellent and you could not be located closer to the train station if you tried! Having never stayed in Leeds, I found I had picked a really good place to stay. Very rare would I give top marks for anything, but the hotel and the staff were all marvelous. The hotel was small so we were checked in quickly and helped with the FREE car parking! The room was around the same standard as a premier inn with heated bathroom floors and a very comfy bed. A family hotel whose staff were amazingly helpful and attentive - even swapping us to a ground-floor room (due to a broken ankle) without needing to be asked and despite its being a family room rather than the twin we had booked! Delicious breakfast, with generous variety (both continental and cooked). Superb location for the universities - just across the road. Right on bus route for shopping or bus/coach/train stations. Yet a feeling of being in the country - "at home" in the country. Thank

I stayed here for one night when I went to Leeds to explore the city.
It's in a great location! Takes just a few minutes to walk to the
city centre and the main bus station. Its a nice hotel and a great value
for money. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and very
comfortable, very good air conditioning which is handy in the winter
cold, and there is a good selection of tv channels. The showers are
fantastic. Overall just a great hotel, highly recommended.

the staff at hte hotel were brilliant they made me feel welcome and couldnt do enough for me i will be using the boundary again and would recommend it to others - Have stayed here a couple of times - it is the first place I look for if I am heading to Leeds, great hotel
