  The room although compact was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there locked away all day even though we had to check out.   Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy.   The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us.
