The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

Friendliness of staff and helpfullness whilst remaining professional and courteous. I loved the fact that the hotel concierge was able to look after our bags/cases until our room was ready and for the rest of the day after check-out. Centrally located in a quiet place and easy to access across London withthe tube station next door. Also available are choice of goodrestaurants and super markets within the vicinity - Wonderful location. Simple but comfortable. Good size and clean room. Good value for money

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The
kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store
basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room

The location. Modern rooms that were very clean. Good wi-fi connection.
You don't even need to bring your iPhone charger. A real hair dryer
in the room. Professional, courteous staff. Close to High Street
Kensington station. Across the road from Kensington park and Kensington
palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods
if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near
by. Really I would recommend this hotel.

Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Felt really luxurious for the price, and much better than similarly priced competition that I have stayed in previously (Holiday Inn and co..) H κεντρική του τοποθεσία (μπροστά στο Hyde Park και δίπλα στο σταθμό του underground), και η ησυχία. - η τοποθεσια,τα δωματια στον 4 οροφο που μειναμε,το πρωινο πλουσιο,και ηεξυπηρετηση ηταν αψογη.
