We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum
(just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful

Staff was great. Hotel was in a good location close to the Metro. It was a very nice suprise to find this hotel was such a place in considering my first time in London and not knowing the area. - This extremely clean and modern refurbed hotel is ideal for the weekend jaunt or business visit.

Loved the room itself - double room had a sofa, flatscreen tv, marble bathroom, coffee facilities. Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. My two kids, both under 7, enjoyed a lot and want to visit London again, specially the parks, London Zoo, Aquarium, River Cruise, London Eye, except the castles and palaces.

Location is outstanding, on a very quiet street of all small hotels with a park the length of the street. Very close to Paddington. Good pubs and restaurants steps away from hotel. and cheerful, even managed to get us the discounted ticket and beat the
queue at London Zoo! And the location was perfect! Short walking
distance from Paddington station, in the middle of bus lane, surrounded
by lush garden and near to good restaurants. Oxford street is 20 mins
away max by bus.
