All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless
in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed
and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your
reflection in the floor. We have stayed in many hotels in many countries

The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in
rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.

My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

Great apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great kitchen with
all the things you need. Tv and free Wi-Fi. Just 10 minutes walking from
Londen Bridge station and less than 5 minutes walking to the famous
Tower bridge. Grocery store just around the corner.

the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel. Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Hotel is modern and stylish with a touch of elegance. An extra plus was the comfortable bathroom. The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and
right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly
professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out
we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Room was large and well
decorated with a nice view of One Canada Square (Canary Wharf). Tiramisu

Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service.
Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful.
While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea.
We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's
vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a
quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the
street if you require groceries.

The best hotel I stayed in throughout my entire europe trip! - --
Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)
