Relaxed atmosphere in sumptuous surroundings. - As before, the quiet atmosphere, the cleaniness, comfort and specification level of the rooms and the unobtrusively efficient service. It is also in an ideal situation for walking to and about Edinburgh. The parking area is a bonus.

The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. We booked a studio, but were actually upgraded to a 2-bed flat for the same cost, which was nice. This self-catering accommodation is a good, cost-effective way of visiting

The studio was spacious, clean and bright. Rachel was absolutely lovely
and helpful. The location was superb, with public transportation to go
anywhere. I honestly couldn't say enough about how staying at such
a lovely place added to our wonderful Scotland visit! My family plans
to go back to Scotland and Palace Residential will be our first choice
each time.

We were celedrating our 5th wedding anniversary so had a superior 4 poster bed room which was superb. Everything we wanted and more. We had fresh towels every day even though we didn;t ask for them. The bed was King Size and very comfy. Lovely complimentary bath, hair and body lotions. Good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and shortbread.

Hotel itself is clean and well looked after, the furnishings look well kept and loving the Molton Brown goodies in the bathroom! Really good value for money

Kew House is an excellent venue for any visit to Edinburgh,
hospitality was second to none Ian is a Genuine host and takes pride in helping guests out with bus information etc thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend - Kew House fitted our requirements for our stay in Edinburgh, spotlessly clean, high standard of decor and furni

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It is very close to bus station, train station and super market and lots of restaurants. At the same time, it is not very noisy and very crowded. We had absolute freedom and no interference from the owners/ letting agency. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends -

Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee.
My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable.
Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle.
Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if

Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh.

Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

The flat was spacious, comfortable, and in a wonderful location.....within walking distance to the West End and Prince's Street. Haymarket station is a five minute walk and bus stops even closer. -
Location was convenient to major attractions in Edinburgh--even when walking.

Great value for money. The apartments are well appointed, very clean and fresh. Our first visit to Edinburgh, and we found the location good - really very handy to New Town and Prince Street Gardens just around the corner, and not too far a walk to Old Town. The apartments have a keyless system, using keypads on the front gate and apartment door,

My initial reaction - "wow". This apartment is the most
welcoming, homely, ultra-modern, chić and quite frankly the best place I
have stayed whilst on holiday. The Malthouse building in its entirety
has been renovated to a very high quality standard and this is evident
from the moment you set your eyes on the place. I fully recommend to

apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking
