The corridors were quite dark but when my room door was open it was
fabulous - I loved the decor of the room, the bathroom was enormous with
a fabulous shower and it's got to be one of the comfiest beds
I've ever slept in. Just a pity that it was quite noisy and there

The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. 1) Staff (Professional, Polite, Helpful and Courteous ... of course not
to forget - very friendly too)
2) Location - There cant be a better hotel than this....superb ! Perfect location - closer to the station. However, you will surely need to take a cab from the Metro to the Hotel (if carrying heavy luggage) 2nd option would be to climb around 108 steps towards the hotel (from the metro station). Taxi would not cost more than 4 Pounds from the train station.

The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Everything was served to your table which was nice but I actually prefer a buffet where you can choose what you want as you eat. Because everything here was served, you had to order your drink, cold starter and hot breakfast all at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

I have never seen a bathroom as nice. My husband loved the shower. The
staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well
they could not do enough for you. There were no tea making facilities in
the room however you just had to request a drink and the butlers brought
a freshly made drink to your room, all complimentary and all very

Everything! Absolutely fab, cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Suite was a small appartment, we could happily have moved in. I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also
had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in
a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There
is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The

The staff were very polite and informative.
The hotel is petite and cosy.
The rooms are amazing with some great touches and are great to relax in if travelling on business or leisure.
The location is brilliant. It is central but not right in the middle of things and a great location for getting about and seeing Edinburgh. -
